We understand that the Health and Safety Executive has announced the findings of an investigation and subsequent fine relating to a fatal accident at Ward Recycling in Hartlepool in 2020.

Donald Ward Limited, trading as WARD / Ward Recycling, is not in any way associated with the site at Windmere Road, Longhill Industrial Estate, where the incident took place and is a completely separate business entity.

Our thoughts and condolences are with the individual’s family during this difficult time.
