Recycling Specialist Appoints New Sales Head to Drive Growth in Waste

Metal recycling and waste management specialist, Ward, has appointed Denise Banks as Head of Sales (Waste) to drive commercial growth across its Industrial and Commercial (I&C) waste services operations.

Having worked in the waste industry for more than 35 years Denise has a wealth of expertise gathered from commercial roles within successful SME regional waste firms, as well as multi-national waste providers. She brings extensive experience in growing waste management sales and a passionate, customer-centric focus to the role.

Key responsibilities will include strengthening and building a high-performing sales team, improving customer retention and supporting key account management to deliver long-term value for Ward’s business waste collection and compaction customers.
