Ward – First Month Free Campaign Terms and Conditions

For all responses to the Ward First Month Free Campaign, the following terms and conditions apply. We will assume that respondents have read and agree to the following terms and conditions in receiving your request.

1. The offer is being made by the Company: Donald Ward Ltd t/a Ward. Company registration no. 1292288
2. Eligibility
   1. The offer is available to new business waste customers only.
   2. Customers must not have held a waste services contract with Ward within the last 12 months.
   3. The offer is open to businesses located within Ward’s designated service areas.
   4. Minimum contract length applies (see section 2).
3. Contract Terms
   1. A minimum contract duration of 24 months is required to qualify for the offer.
   2. The first month’s service (defined as the first full billing cycle) will be free of charge, excluding:
   3. Any one-off charges (e.g., extra services outside of the contract)
   4. Excess weight charges (if applicable)
   5. Non-standard or hazardous waste services (unless otherwise agreed)
   6. If the contract is terminated within the minimum period, the customer will be invoiced retrospectively for the first month’s service at the standard rate.
4. Service Details
   1. The offer applies only to standard waste collection services.
   2. The specific container sizes and collection frequencies will be agreed upon during onboarding.
   3. All services are subject to Ward’s standard service agreement and waste compliance requirements.
5. Redemption Process
   1. To qualify, customers must:
      1. Complete the online form via the landing page or contact Ward directly.
      2. Sign and return a new service contract before 31st December 2025.
      3. The first invoice will be raised at the usual rate, and the equivalent amount will be credited within the same billing cycle.
6. Exclusions
   1. Offer is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.
   2. Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives.
   3. Only one “First Month Free” offer per customer/business location.
7. You must be a UK business to apply for this offer.
8. This is an offer and not a competition.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for enquiries not received for whatever reason.
10. The dates of the offer are from 00:01 on Friday 30th May 2025 to 11:59 on Wednesday 31st December 2025.
11. The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the offer will be notified to applicants as soon as possible by the Company.
12. Contacts must be signed within 7 days of the closing date. If the customer cannot be contacted or do sign a contract for the required term within 7 days of contract confirmation, the Company reserve the right to withdraw the offer.
13. The Company’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the offer will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Ward reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
15. Misuse or fraudulent use of the promotion will void eligibility.
16. By applying for this offer, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18. Any personal data relating to the customer will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. This offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other business or Social Network. You are providing your information to Ward and not to any other party.
