Easter egg-citement for local causes in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire

Derbyshire-based metal and waste recycling specialist, Ward, delivered over 1,000 Thorntons chocolate eggs to worthy causes this Easter as part of its annual #tweetforatreat campaign.

Ward’s Easter Bunny dropped off chocolate treats to Ashgate Hospice, Peak FM, Holme Hall Unite, Ashgate Hospice, Staunton Harold Sailability Trust, Stapleford Community Group, Age Concern Eastwood and Treetops Hospice, Springfield Preschool, plus many more local charities and community groups across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

The eggs were given out during Easter egg hunts, fundraising activities, shared with food banks and were even part of the official opening of McCarthy and Stone’s Development alongside the Mayors of Stapleford and Broxtowe.
