Overview of the role:

Hours and location:  40 hours per week, Mondays – Fridays. Based in Ilkeston.

The role will be based at Griffon Road, Ilkeston. 

Ward are recruiting for a Maintenance Operations Co-Ordinator to provide administrative assistance to the maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside the team to coordinate various tasks associated with the general maintenance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will include various administrative tasks including:

  • Receiving and checking weekly check sheets
  • Inputting various data to spreadsheets
  • Booking services and annual maintenance
  • Ordering consumables and service items for the service team

Skills and Knowledge Required

We are looking for a reliable candidate with good attention to detail. Knowledge surrounding office applications (excel and word) is essential as well as strong administrative abilities. Knowledge of machinery maintenance activities and experience in parts and machine repairs would be beneficial.
