Working as part of our Maintenance Team you will help plan and organise preventative maintenance and schedule servicing in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
The successful candidate will have experience in the maintenance and repairs of heavy plant and ideally have good knowledge of hydraulics, engines and electrics.
Some welding experience would be an advantage.
A basic understanding of IT is a minimum requirement to produce planned maintenance and utilisation reports.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to use their own initiative.
Awareness of production plant availability pressures is also a key element to this role. Therefore you must be flexible to ensure machinery is repaired out of normal production working hours if required.
You must have good understanding of health and safety legislation that relates to this role.
